We will be holding Mondo Zen Process sessions after some of the Zazenkai’s. They will be limited to three participants, and others may come and witness. I love having the chance to bring the depth cultivated through the day-long practice into this space.

This process is a chance to take your seat in pure awareness and to awaken your boundless Heart. This is a precious opportunity to go deeper than your discursive mind, and rest in the ground of being.

Through the meeting of our minds, we hope to point out some of the subtler aspects of your own awareness, and illuminate the compassionate choice that you always have in the face of your angst.  The Mondo Process is a distillation of the Koan system of traditional Zen, into the 14 Koans that have been updated for the post-post modern 21st century mind.  It includes pointing out instructions, conscious embodiment, radical ownership, emotional maturity, and a way to take this process into your life.  

This Process comes out of the Hollow Bones Rinzai Zen tradition led Jun Po Roshi. Bu Nan has been authorized to facilitate this process by Jun Po, and is honored to go through this process with you. The process consists of 14 Koans that we may or may not make it all the way through in one sitting. It is not important to make it all the way though in each session. What is important is that we directly realize, in each moment, the Clear Deep truth that this process reveals.

There is a suggested donation 0f $150 for this process. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
