REGULATE
A practice space for attachment repair
A Communal Practice Space for Attachment Repair
Regulate is a weekly in person gathering dedicated to the art and practice of attachment repair. In this space, we explore how relationships can become places of safety, clarity, and secure connection — not just in theory, but through lived, embodied practice.
This is not a lecture group, it’s a relational dojo — a guided environment where you learn how to show up more securely in connection, engage with others from your authentic self, and experience what healthy co-regulation and interpersonal clarity actually feel like.
Whether your pattern is anxious, avoidant, disorganized, or simply stressed and unsure at times, these evenings give you a grounded, experiential way to explore and repair the habits that shape your relational life.
Why Regulate?
Most of us didn’t grow up with consistent models of secure connection.
We learned to adapt — by tightening, withdrawing, pleasing, overthinking, or bracing for impact.
Attachment repair doesn’t happen alone.
It happens in connection — in an environment where your nervous system can feel safe enough to learn new patterns.
Regulate offers that space.
Each evening is designed to help you:
Build relational safety through clear, embodied presence
Practice authentic connection that honors your boundaries and your truth
Understand your attachment reactions as workable, meaningful signals
Develop metacognitive awareness of how your mind interprets relationships
Expand your capacity for closeness, stability, and repair
Experience co-regulation in a community of people practicing the same skills
This is where attachment theory becomes embodied wisdom.
What to Expect in a Regulate Evening
1. Opening: Grounding & Orientation
We begin with simple regulation practices to settle the body and orient toward safety — no meditation expertise required.
2. Attachment Education (Accessible & Practical)
A short teaching on a key attachment concept: Metallization, boundaries, nervous system states, relational cues of safety, conflict repair, and more.
3. Authentic Relating & Dyadic Practice
You’ll engage in guided relational exercises designed to strengthen secure functioning: Attunement, voice, pacing, presence, emotional communication, and repair.
4. Somatic & Metacognitive Exploration
We bring awareness to the sensations, impulses, meanings, and patterns that arise in connection — learning to hold them with clarity rather than overwhelm.
5. Integration
We end with reflection, connection, and optional group sharing, supporting each other in integrating new patterns into daily life.
Everything is invitational, trauma-informed, and paced with care.
