Heart Of Attachment

Join our live online calls with guided meditations, teachings, and space for your questions.

Understanding attachment is like being handed a map of your inner world. It reveals why you might cling when afraid of losing someone, or why you shut down when things feel too close. With awareness and practice, these patterns can soften — making space for secure, loving, and balanced relationships with yourself and others.

What You’ll Experience

  • A woman practicing yoga on a mat on a wooden platform, meditating in a cross-legged position, with a mountain landscape in the background.

    Guided Meditations

Drop into presence and safety. In each call we will have a grounding practice to calm the nervous system, open the heart, and allow you to integrate and practice some of the teachings on a deeper level.

  • A man with glasses and a gray beard wearing a gray button-up shirt, gesturing with his hands, in a room with a lamp, bookshelf, and decorative plants.

    Attachment Teachings

Understand patterns and pathways for healing. You’ll learn how attachment styles shape the way we connect, and discover tools to shift into greater security, resilience, and ease in relationships. The teachings are both practical and heart-centered, giving you insights you can apply right away.

  • Person in business attire drawing transparent question marks in a digital style, symbolizing inquiry or uncertainty.

    Live Q&A

Bring your own questions for support and clarity. This is your chance to receive personalized guidance, explore what’s alive for you, and deepen your understanding in real time.

  • Multiple hands of diverse individuals coming together in the center during sunset by a water body.

    Community

Connect with others on the journey. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Sharing space with like-hearted people allows you to feel less alone, gain perspective, and grow within a compassionate container.

A family of four outdoors, with a clear blue sky in the background. The mother, with curly hair and glasses, is holding her daughter, who is also curly-haired and wearing a beige sweater. The father is lifting their son, who is wearing a white beanie and a striped sweater, and the son is playfully leaning towards his mother.
